I must admit, i wasn't entirely blown away. the leisure club felt more like a local gym than a relaxing hotel amenity. the hydro pool was out of order (typical!) and the main pool seemed dedicated to serious swimmers doing laps. Loungers were scarce. i guess i was expecting a bit more pampering and a little less... athleticism. also the brasserie felt more like a breakfast canteen and less like a dining room. the lighting was poor and felt a little bit strange.

The reception area was well presented and gave a warm welcome. Staff provided an excellent explanation of the hotel layout, its facilities, and amenities. I liked my room. It was clean and well presented with views of the statue area and greenery.
I did notice there were no menus in the room for room service. I had to call to get them.

Driving up, the grounds impressed me. reception staff were very polite. They offered excellent service. i found my luxury king room beautiful and large. the bed was so comfortable!!!
The hotel layout felt a bit odd. It had long corridors and some bar areas were closed.

the staff was very polite. everyone had an amazing attitude, and. the gardens are beautiful. the vines restaurant had food out of this world.
i noticed a few differences from previous visits. there were no menus for room service in the room, so i had to call to get them. the hotel used to have complimentary samples of espa toiletries, but not this time. i was told that all the restaurants were fully booked.
